HEAT TREATING AND MACHINING

In-house heat treating allows improved velocity (throughput) of product.  More importantly, it allows absolute control over the most stringent and customer engineered specifications that are paramount to meeting the needs of hostile environments and critical applications.  This now allows complete control over the integrity of the heat-treating process.

U.S. BOLT has increased capacity by adding secondary machining in the form of CNC to complement our existing manual lathes.
