We employ two staff metallurgists, responsible for managing our Quality program, writing proprietary heat treat and forging procedures and performing laboratory testing. Our in-house metallurgical laboratory gives us the ability to perform:

• Tensile (axial, full size tension testing, wedge, yield)
• Proof Loads (Internally and Externally Threaded Fasteners)
• Impact Testing
  • Charpy V-notch
• Plating Thickness
• Metallographic Evaluation

We utilize a full complement of inspection equipment, including coordinate measuring machine, GAGEMAKER, ring and plug gages, tri-roll gages and optical comparator. We can offer ANSI System 21, 22 and 23 thread gaging.
